Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a temporary Warehouse Material Control Specialist at our Aliso Viejo, CA lab. You will handle receiving, stocking, and fulfilling internal and external requests in a fast-paced environment. Shift is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities include ERP transactions, inventory monitoring, cycle counts, annual counts, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. A high school diploma and 1 year of warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
1 year warehouse shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with Oracle ERP is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform transactions in Oracle ERP related to receiving, order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, and scrap material.
Receive and inspect materials from vendors and enter them into ERP daily.
Stock products into Inventory Warehouse and designated storage areas.
Pick and pack orders for internal customers per schedule.
Perform cycle counts as established by the business.
Conduct annual inventory counts of warehouse materials.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Participate in projects as needed.
