Air Liquide USA LLC is seeking a Warehouse Material Specialist in Pasadena, TX. You will execute floor and shipping activities, stock materials, and ensure accurate receiving and labeling in a fast‑moving warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, order fulfillment, and coordinating with internal teams. The role supports national operations with opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience in managing inventory/assets.
• Industrial warehouse environment experience.
• (Available 24/7 as needed)

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment and instill a strong safety culture.
• Work to achieve zero accidents, lost time incidents or recordable incidents by taking a leadership role in safety.
• Physically Receive Incoming Material Shipments: Unload shipments and inspect for damage.
• Inspect shipments for content accuracy and note on packing list.
• Place rejected shipments in designated quarantine area and ensure proper labeling.
• Review calibration certificates for compliance and attach to materials.
• Stock accepted shipments in warehouse.
• Electronically Receive Incoming Material Shipments and fill Maximo reservations.
• Receive and review work orders, pick materials and stage in shipping area.
• Load outgoing shipments, generate shipping labels and package materials.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse; manage quarantine area.
• Assist in cycle counts and annual physical inventory; execute special projects as needed.
• Identify and implement savings opportunities related to inventory purchases and shipments.
