Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring a Warehouse Material Specialist in Pasadena, TX to manage materials and ensure safe, accurate receiving, staging, and shipping processes. You will operate Maximo for work orders, inspect shipments, labels, and stock items while maintaining overall warehouse organization.

The role supports cost-saving inventory practices and timely shipments. Requires at least a high school diploma and two years in inventory management within a warehouse setting; 24/7 availability as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience in managing inventory/assets in an industrial warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment and strong safety culture.
• Receive and inspect incoming material shipments; label, quarantine, and stock materials.
• Process shipments electronically using Maximo; generate shipping labels and pack materials for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; assist in cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Identify savings opportunities related to inventory purchases and shipments.
