Warehouse Material Handler

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Rate: $21.50 - $22.10 per hour

Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday – Friday

What you’ll be doing

• Load, lift, scan items, and keep the warehouse synchronized.
• Ensure a safe, organized work environment and support the team.
• Follow procedures and quality standards at all times.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED; forklift or logistics certifications are a plus.
• 1–2 years experience in a warehouse or production setting, including forklift operation.
• Proficiency with RF scanners or inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet throughout the shift.
• Reliability and a safety‑first mindset.
• Basic computer skills for logging inventory and orders.
• Responsibility for maintaining a clean, clear, and hazard‑free station.
