Sun Door and Trim, Inc. is seeking an experienced, reliable, honest, and skilled Warehouse Material Manager in Phoenix, AZ.

Must be in good physical health and capable of lifting and moving products without strain. We verify employment eligibility through E-Verify.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Load and unload inbound and outbound freight.
2. Receive inbound freight into purchase order status and the computer system promptly.
3. Issue materials to job orders physically and in the computer system.
4. Follow Quality Assurance procedures.
5. Coordinate Will Calls and Deliveries.
6. Drive company vehicles for deliveries as needed.
7. Maintain accurate and timely inventory records.
8. Keep organized records for Shipping, Receiving, and Quality Assurance.
9. Maintain vehicle and forklift maintenance logs.
10. Coordinate vehicle and forklift repairs.
11. Perform other duties to meet company goals and deadlines.
12. Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
13. Work overtime when necessary.
14. Occasionally work in high places, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and be exposed to variable temperatures.
15. Provide detailed time tracking and reporting for job costing.
16. Manage warehouse, materials, and shipping (no other employees to manage).

Qualifications

1. Ability to lift 75 pounds.
2. Warehouse experience required.
3. Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse racking.
4. Highly organized.
5. Strong follow-through skills, detail-oriented, with a sense of urgency.
6. Self-starter and motivated team player.
7. Computer literacy.
8. High School Diploma or GED.
9. Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
10. Basic math skills.
11. Effective communication skills, able to understand oral instructions, read, and interpret documents in English.

Working Hours and Compensation

Hours: 6:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 6:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Friday.

Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
