Novolex is seeking a Material Handler for our City of Industry, CA facility. The role focuses on the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials within the warehouse.

Starting pay ranges from $21.51 to $24.76 per hour, with a 1st shift. No prior experience required; training provided. You will learn to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks while following safety protocols and collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
• Learn to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately counting, labeling, and recording materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any concerns.
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as cleaning and organizing work areas as needed.
