Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a Material Handling Operator to support shipping, receiving, and inventory management at our US operations. You will handle loading, stocking, and material transfers, ensuring accurate records and timely shipments to keep production flowing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems like SAP. A valid driver’s license is essential to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) for data entry and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to update inventory records and generate reports.
• Strong command of English for effective communication.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries, and store components in the warehouse.
• Supply production with required materials per the schedule.
• Safely load trucks for shipping and manage waste collection/transfer.
• Record all material movements in the system to maintain accurate stock.
• Collaborate with finance to provide inventory data for monthly/annual results.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
