Job summary

Nordex SE in West Branch, IA is seeking a Material Handler, General Assistant to support warehouse operations and production readiness. You will manage inventory records, process delivery notes, and transfer materials to the production line.

Responsibilities include updating the warehouse management system, performing stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely material availability for manufacturing. Strong organization and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse management/administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office for data entry, docs and basic analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to update inventory and generate reports.
• Strong English communication for team, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to read English delivery notes and reports.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate inventory control.
• Ability to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines in warehouse operations.
• Experience collaborating with teams to achieve goals.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery notes and verify deliveries against PO.
• Update warehouse management system with quantities and part numbers.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Transfer materials from warehouse to production line per schedule.
• Record material transfers in the system.
• Track inventory movement to ensure production availability.
• Ensure production line has necessary materials for processes.
• Record material consumption in the system (mho-hub-dtr).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
