Nordex Group in West Branch, IA is seeking a Material Handler/General Assistant to support warehouse operations and administrative tasks. You will keep inventory data up to date, verify deliveries, and transfer materials to production as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma (GED) with 1+ year of warehouse experience, MS Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. A valid driver’s license is essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse management/administration.
• Proficient with Word/Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Familiar with ERP systems to update inventory records.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery notes and verify against purchase orders.
• Update warehouse system with quantities and part numbers.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts.
• Reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
• Transfer materials to production per schedule and update records.
• Track inventory movement to ensure availability for production.
• Record material consumption in the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
