Job summary

KLN Family Brands is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler (Post-Kill) in Delano, MN. The role supports shipping, receiving, and inventory control on a 2nd shift (3pm – 1am) Monday–Thursday with a $21.83/hr base plus a 6% shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Keep finished products organized in warehouses.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging in proper locations.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklift/shuttle truck with certification.
• Use shrink wrapper and related equipment as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts and support other roles as needed.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Adhere to warehousing programs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
• Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving.
• Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies as discovered.
• Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles.
• Operate the shrink wrapper, cardboard bailer, etc. as necessary.
• Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary.
• Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
• Understanding of warehousing programs and systems
• Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
