Job summary

KLN Family Brands is hiring a Mid Shift Warehouse Picker to select pallets for orders and build loadable pallets. You will ensure product quality, verify paperwork, and maintain neat pallets in a fast-paced facility.

Location in Perham, MN with a 3pm-11pm shift Monday through Friday. Profit sharing eligibility follows a year of service; comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Able to operate forklift and push pulls.
• Attention to detail is essential for accurate picking and packing.
• Self–motivated with reliable attendance and safety mindset.
• Knowledge of warehouse products to ensure correct selections.
• General mathematical and computer skills for inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Pick pallets and fill pick locations as per SO# in Cedar Bay.
• Locate, pick and fill pick locations to create loadable pallets.
• Inspect products for conformance and proper dates.
• Make neat, loadable pallets and verify paperwork against items.
• Drive forklift as needed and follow safety instructions.

Warehouse Picker – Tuffy’s Pet Foods Mid Shift

Hours: 3pm - 11pm M-F

Compensation

• All in hourly compensation: $18.91/hr to 20.59/hr
• Base Pay: $18.91/hr to 21.83/hr (Base pay is solely dependent on start date and position you transfer from)
• Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)

The Opportunity

We’re now hiring a Mid Shift Warehouse Picker to pick pallets from all the less than full pallet quantities on orders. To create pallet sizes that make sense, are good looking and loadable.

Essential Duties

• Picking SO# in Cedar Bay
• Locate, pick and fill pick locations
• Inspect products for anything out of conformance
• Making nice neat loadable pallets
• Check products to be loaded or unloaded against paperwork
• Continually checking dates on orders to assure we are meeting load datesDriving forklift, Product identification, general house cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Able to operate forklift and push pulls
• Attention to detail
• Self – Motivated
• Very good knowledge of all products stored in warehouse
• General mathematical and computer skills (cedar bay is a plus)
• Ensure that company policy is followed
• Attend safety trainings
• Follow all safety instructions and policies
• Report any injuries or near miss accidents to supervisor
• Report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor
• Wear required PPE, including Bump Cap and hearing protection
