Job summary

KLN Family Brands in Delano, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3pm–1am).

You will keep finished products organized, perform shipping/receiving, load/unload trucks, and conduct inventory counts while identifying efficiency gains and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
• Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving.
• Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies as discovered.
• Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles.
• Operate the shrink wrapper, cardboard bailer, etc. as necessary.
• Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary.
• Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
• Understanding of warehousing programs and systems.
• Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.

Monday - Thursday

$21.83/HR + 6% Shift Differential
