Irby Utilities, a leading logistics partner in the utility sector, seeks a Material Handler to support warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and internal teams.

You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders, operate RF devices and forklifts, and maintain accurate inventory while following safety policies and procedures. This full-time position offers training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within a large distribution network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to assist with storm response efforts as required.
• Customer focused and team oriented.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English to perform the essential functions of the position, follow safety procedures, understand work-related instructions, and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site.
• Fill orders using RF devices and issue materials per requests.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies.
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Champion inventory management practices.
• Adhere to safety and security policies.
• Demonstrate reliability and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
