Irby is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials. You may also deliver materials as needed, using RF devices and forklifts.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-minded, able to work nights/weekends for storm response, and proficient in English with strong teamwork and communication. The role offers growth, benefits, and a bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site
• Use RF devices to fill orders and issue materials per requests
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Champion effective inventory management practices
• Adhere to and promote safety and security policies and procedures
• Demonstrate reliability while maintaining a safe, clean work environment
