Job summary

Irby Utilities in Utah is seeking a Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials on site, using RF devices to fill orders and issue materials. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, pack and ship orders, and uphold inventory controls while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English to perform the essential functions of the position, follow safety procedures, understand work‑related instructions, and complete required documentation
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50lbs.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site.
• Use RF devices to fill orders and issue materials per requests.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies.
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Champion inventory management practices.
• Adhere to and promote safety and security policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
