Job summary

Irby Utilities in Utah is seeking a motivated Material Handler to support our warehouse operations. You will load, unload, and move materials, operate RF devices, and help ensure accurate packing, shipping, and inventory control.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, uphold safety standards, and contribute to reliable service for our customers and teams across the organization. You will regularly use forklifts or pallet jacks, maintain a clean workspace, and document activities according to

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English to perform the essential functions of the position, follow safety procedures, understand work-related instructions, and complete required documentation
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50lbs
• Attention to detail and good time management skills
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site
• Utilize RF devices to fill orders and issue materials per requests
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Champion inventory management practices and maintain safety policies
