Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) at the Canal Winchester, Ohio facility. You will load/unload freight, manage inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Responsibilities include reading freight codes, reconciling manifests, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. 1–3 years of experience and OSHA familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers.
• Unload freight and sort by size/destination.
• Read, decode, and decipher freight coding to expedite movement.
• Reconcile driver pick up and delivery manifests.
• Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight.
• Maintain clean and safe dock areas.
