Job summary

ICU Medical in Dublin, OH is seeking a Material Handler to move materials from receiving to outbound shipments and to perform inventory transactions. You will use Oracle, iFactory and Dematic for data inquiries and reporting, and operate forklift and related equipment.

Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of documentation, packing, loading, and adherence to cGMP and safety policies. The role requires teamwork, flexibility for overtime, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain fork truck license.
• Must perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to obtain Class A license.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and overtime.
• Must be able to operate fork truck in confined areas and under varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move/shipping of materials from receiving to outbound shipments.
• Perform inventory transactions and data inquiries using Oracle, iFactory and Dematic.
• Inspect trailers, report abnormalities, and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment including fork trucks and palletizers.
• Record data on work orders and verify finished goods orders.
• Adhere to safety rules and cGMP guidelines; provide backup support as needed.
