ICU Medical is seeking a Material Handler to stage and move materials within a clean room environment. You will operate forklift equipment and perform Oracle transactions to pull, verify, and stock materials across warehouse and Kanban areas.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math and reading/writing skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, basic calculations, and navigates complex computer programs accurately.
• Good oral and written communication with minimal supervision.
• Open availability for 12-hour rotating schedule.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Stage materials in designated areas and maintain organization.

• Weigh, verify, and stock returns to warehouse or Kanban locations.
• Move finished goods from staging to warehouse to keep area clear.
• Perform label control to ensure accuracy of information.
• Reconcile work orders and ensure correct materials are issued.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Stage Materials in designated areas and maintain organization of the materials
• Maintain clean work environment at all times while performing Material Handler Duties
• Operate Forklift, Walkie Rider, Order selector or pallet jack as needed to provide materials to Production areas
• Pick and pull materials from the warehouse or Kanban areas while performing Oracle transactions
• Weigh, Verify, Stock returns from production back to warehouse or Kanban locations
• When pulling for any location verify that Part, Lot, QTY and location are correct
• Move finished goods from staging hall to warehouse to ensure area is clear
• Perform label control to ensure that all information is correct
• Reconcile work orders and ensure correct materials are issued and all transaction has been performed
• Perform Daily Cycle counts
• Perform Zone counting as instructed
• Follow all Safety regulations and procedures
• Perform shift tasks as required
• Pull and Transact Move Orders
• Pull and transact Material Requests
• Fix oracle errors as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, perform basic calculations, and navigate through complex computer programs accurately
• Must have good oral and written skills and able to work with minimum supervision
• Must have open availability and able to work 12 Hour rotating schedule if needed
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Forklift experience is required
• Oracle experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age

Travel Requirements

• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Work is performed in a clean room environment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit stand or kneel for long periods of time.
• Must be able to use computer or touch screen to enter work order data
• Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to work around automated robots and heavy equipment
