Job summary

Otsuka ICU Medical LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Material Handler to move and ship materials from receiving to outbound shipments, perform inventory transactions, and support data inquiries in systems like Oracle, iFactory and Dematic.

The role requires accurate documentation, safe operation of forklifts and related equipment, adherence to cGMP/SOPs, and coordination with the Specialist and Warehouse Supervisor to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain fork truck license and operate required material handling equipment.
• Must be able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of inventory control systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to obtain Class A Texas operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate material verification and content of documentation.
• Controls material damage, inspects trailers before loading/unloading, reports abnormalities.
• Performs pack and mark audits to ensure quality of incoming commodities and drugs.
• Unloads raw materials, packages and palletizes for export shipments, records data on work orders.
