Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR criteria as defined by policy.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate required motorized material handling and rigging equipment.
• Warehousing and material handling experience preferred.
• Clear oral and written communication skills, legible handwriting.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions; basic measurement skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills to compute measurements and conversions.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory or equipment and fill customer orders following documented procedures.
• Pull material from racks and unload incoming material; load trucks and customer vehicles.
• Tag material for proper identification and complete required documentation.
• Transfer material using forklift, side loader, or crane; operate yard truck for loading/unloading.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and orderly; follow safety and quality standards.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and report irregularities to supervisor.
• May drive local deliveries and parts pick-ups when needed.
