Job summary

Phoenix Metals in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, material handling, and order fulfillment within a heavy-work environment. You will move inventory, load/unload trucks, and ensure accurate tagging and documentation under supervision.

This role requires practical knowledge of our metals processing and distribution operations. Candidates should have a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, basic math, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in warehousing preferred.
• Must be able to obtain certification to operate material handling equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory or equipment and fill customer orders.
• Pull and assemble orders from documentation.
• Tag material for identification and complete documentation.
• Move material using forklift, side loader, or crane; load/unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Spot inventory checks and report irregularities to supervisor.
