Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound/outbound operations in a distribution center. You will handle receiving, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring inventory accuracy and safe, productive workflows.

The role requires operating RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and WMS, with emphasis on quality and adherence to safety standards. Experience in fast-paced warehouses is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment and safely lifting/moving merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.
• Experience with warehouse systems and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
• Follow safety standards and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.
