Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound, outbound, returns and related operations in the distribution center. You will help process, move, and inventory merchandise with accuracy while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping, while using RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking tools. Prior experience in fast-paced warehouses is a plus; automotive parts experience is helpful but not

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment with proper lifting and handling.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, and shipping docs with merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking gear as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations and racking.
