Job summary

Graybar in Springfield, MO is hiring a warehouse associate to cut wire, operate large machinery, and handle inventory daily. The role focuses on receiving, packing, shipping, and processing orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will lift up to 70 pounds, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while supporting cross-dock and LTL shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cut wire and cable with machines and ensure accurate cuts.
• Receive, store, select, pack and ship inventory using WMS.
• Load, measure, cut, spool and bundle wires and cables.
• Sort and pack LTL shipments per WMS and prepare for transport.
• Contribute to cycle counts and inventory verification.
