Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our employee-owned team. You will unload deliveries, receive inventory, store products, and pick and pack customer orders, with occasional light delivery.

This role emphasizes safety, stamina, and accuracy; you will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts, lift up to 70 lbs, and follow PPE requirements. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; starting pay is $21.00 per hour depending on experience; benefits

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders and working in varying temperatures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and use PPE.
• Excellent attendance and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and accurately receive inventory.
• Store product in designated locations and record in the system.
• Select and pack customer orders; may deliver orders in a light van or delivery vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse complying with safety procedures and daily inspections.
