Job summary

Graybar is hiring for a warehouse role in Missouri. The position involves cutting wire and cable, lifting and moving inventory, and operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment within a WMS-guided workflow. You will pick, pack, and ship inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, push carts) safely.
• Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal changes and weather variations.
• Follow PPE and safety instructions at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and large machinery per manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and conduct daily safety inspections.
• Cut wire and cable with machines and ensure accuracy of cuts.
• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship warehouse inventory using WMS.
• Prepare orders for UPS and non-UPS shipments per WMS processes.
• Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations; resolve discrepancies.
