As a Ryder Warehouse Associate, you will operate forklifts and assist in receiving, packing, and shipping, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork. Training and advancement opportunities are provided across US facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse work environment.
• Punctual and have good attendance.
• Must be able to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule on various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products; loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
