Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to be a team player in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance record.
• Able to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines of the contract and ensure accurate picking and packing, audits, and bills of lading.
• Provide paperwork handling in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Support automated packing systems during core shift hour of production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
