Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations. You will verify orders, assist in cycle counts, and ensure adherence to sanitation, safety and productivity standards.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate handling equipment, and follow safety policies. On-site work with opportunities for growth within a growing 3PL platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack and ship products.
• Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions.
• Count items and reconcile with manifests; report shortages or damages.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
