Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment. You will move, stack, pick, and stage merchandise across shipping, receiving, inventory, and repack operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of verifiable MHE experience, comfort with OSHA safety standards, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This full-time role offers steady shifts within our El Paso facility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.)
• Ability to follow OSHA safety standards and procedures
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other MHE safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, stack and stage product and materials
• Move product from staging/storage to trailers or containers
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged
• Maintain inventory records as required
• Assist in inventory counts as needed
