Job summary

Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Material Handler in Grand Jct, IA (50107). The role pays $20.00/hr with a 6am-6pm shift (Wednesday to Friday) and involves receiving, organizing, and moving materials across the facility while maintaining safety and accuracy in records.

The ideal candidate has warehouse or material-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Must be able to pass drug screen, background check, and physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Safely move and stage products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely.
• Verify quantities, labels, and product information.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material-handling records.
• Prepare materials for shipment, production, or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
