Job summary

Amerhart, an SBPBrand, is hiring for 1st shift Material Handlers at our Kansas City, MO branch to perform shipping, receiving, and stocking warehouse material. As a member of the Operations team, you will help others when workload demands and follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, using a forklift to pick orders, reporting shortages or damage, using a handheld scanner, and coordinating with the WMS Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Neat appearance and team collaboration.
• Able to operate a forklift and use a handheld scanner.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and replenish warehouse locations.
• Pick orders with a forklift until fulfilled.
• Report shortages or damaged materials.
• Use handheld scanner for receiving, picking, loading, and cycle counts.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
