Job summary

Amerhart, a SBP brand, is hiring a 1st shift Material Handler in Jackson, MI. The role focuses on shipping, receiving and stocking warehouse materials while supporting the Operations team in a safe, respectful work environment.

Responsibilities include unloading, picking with a forklift, and coordinating with the WMS Coordinator. Candidate should have 1–2 years warehouse experience and a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience required, distributorship preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• Proven ability to work as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and replenish product in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick orders using a forklift until filled; report shortages or damage.
• Use handheld scanner for receiving, picking, loading and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with WMS Coordinator on questions and updates.
• Band, wrap and prepare material for safe shipping.
• Follow safety procedures and policies in all duties.
