Pentair is hiring for a Warehouse/Material Handler on 1st shift in Delavan, WI. This permanent position supports production by delivering materials to lines and handling orders efficiently. The role requires safety awareness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other inventory systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation, including packing slips and transfer records.
• Deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner and support manufacturing operations.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse/** Material Handler to join our Delavan, WI**team. You will support the Materials team by handling and delivering materials to our manufacturing lines, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will:

Shift/Hours:

• 1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday – Friday

• Occasional mandatory overtime required

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
