Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler for the 1st shift at our Delavan, WI facility. You will support the Materials team by loading and unloading, delivering materials to production lines, and preparing orders for shipment.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, inventory transactions in SAP, reading BOMs, maintaining a safe, clean workspace, and complying with safety procedures. Must lift up to 50 lbs, forklift experience preferred; basic math/computer skills.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience and safety focus.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions using SAP and other systems.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain required documentation (packing slips, transfer records).
• Deliver materials to production areas and read Bills of Materials and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following all safety procedures.

Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
