Ryder is immediately hiring Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handlers in Phoenix, Arizona.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Overtime pay: $25.50 per hour when working overtime
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse environment and create professional relationships
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual with good attendance
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Follow performance measurement guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading
• Handle warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
