DIVISION: U.S. AutoForce

POSITION SUMMARY: U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has over 100 years of experience in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. Schedules may change based on business needs and could require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners for inventory management and control.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally; team lifts or mechanical aids are used for heavier tires.
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet on stock racks.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments such as e-commerce, inventory, and will call as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be physically capable of operating equipment safely, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally 80 pounds, with team lifts or mechanical aids for heavier items. Protective gear includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, seatbelts, and SRLs. The environment may include weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes from tires and lubricants.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Accurate with long part numbers and scanning.
• Follow safety and operating procedures.
• Neat, organized, able to lift 80 pounds, and work at heights of 25 feet.
• Willing to work overtime and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
