Immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Warehouse MHE to support our Facility at Ryder in York, Pennsylvania.

We want the right Warehouse Associate to join us at Ryder and work in the safest supply chain environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

• Pay: $18.50 per hour plus $1.00 when working 3rd shift
• Products Being Handled: Motorcycle and Automotive Parts
• Equipment: Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, including reach trucks and sit-down forklifts

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least two years of related warehouse and powered industrial lift experience required
• Ability to read, perform basic math, and understand instructions in English for safety and work purposes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into computer systems
• Work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions
• Identify and correct process errors before they affect the customer
• Recognize damaged products and take appropriate action
• Pull orders accurately
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify pallet counts and staging locations
• Prepare receiving, storage, and shipping documentation, maintaining product accountability
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures
• May train others in warehouse functions, including safe operation of equipment, perform housekeeping, and other duties
• Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery
