We are immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Material Handler to support our Facility at Ryder in Alburtis, PA.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable and punctual with good attendance
• Ability to perform work independently with initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Ability to work safely and flexibly across various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Handle warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Follow performance measurement guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
