Job summary

MasterMold Llc is seeking dedicated Warehouse Material Handlers to support production by managing raw materials, supplies, and product staging. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, Monday–Friday, with 8am–4pm and 2pm–10pm respectively.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and be reliable, organized, and comfortable with math. Forklift certification is preferred or can be earned on the job. This role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.

• 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts, hand jacks, and pallet handling equipment

Receive, handle, and stock incoming materials and supplies

Stage parts and product to meet production demands

Follow work instructions and adhere to all safety protocols

Maintain knowledge of customer standards for proper loading/unloading

Handle materials with care and precision to avoid damage

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally

Comfortable with standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and using hand tools

Will work in a warehouse environment near moving machinery and variable weather conditions
