Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leading and fastest-growing foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead our Wisconsin operations in the Waukesha area. You will drive safety, efficiency, and accountability across warehouse activities.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with Branch and Senior Management to align labor with demand.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• OSHA knowledge and forklift license preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.]

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and distribution of materials to crews and customer sites.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Organize inventory area and tool room in warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods to destinations and in correct quantities.
• Coordinate labor needs with Branch/Senior Management.
• Read and digest reports, data, and statistics to inform decisions.
• Build strong relationships across departments.
• Operate forklift or receive training to do so.
• Occasional travel.
• Punctual attendance and reliability.
