Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse functions for a Branch location supporting foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete restoration. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure safe, on-time dispatch of materials.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• OSHA knowledge and forklift license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of structural foundations, waterproofing or related products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift and drive light commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and material distribution to crews and sites.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Organize inventory and tool room according to best practices.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff.
• Ensure timely receipt, coordination, and dispatch of goods.
