Job summary

Groundworks, LLC, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead branch warehouse operations on site. You will manage inventory, safety, and distribution to crews and job sites, coordinating with branch and senior management to meet labor and output needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive light vehicles and operate basic warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and distribution of materials to crews and sites.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with management on needs and staffing.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, dispatch, and accuracy of orders.
• Read reports and data to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Possess forklift operation skills or be willing to be trained.
