Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Warehouse Manager at the Salem, VA location to lead inventory, safety, and distribution. You will oversee staff, coordinate with branches, and ensure timely deliveries while embracing our employee ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and forklift licensing preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of structural foundations, waterproofing and related products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive light commercial vehicles.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and software.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse tasks and distribution to crews and locations.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Organizes inventory and tool room per best practices.
• Supervises warehouse staff.
• Ensures receipt, coordination and safety of goods.
• Ensures timely delivery and dispatch of orders.
• Coordinates with Branch and Senior Management to plan labor.
• Collaborates with departments across the organization.
• Reads and analyzes reports and data.
• Provides leadership and builds key relationships.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs and drives projects to completion.
• Operates or trains to operate a forklift.
• Occasional travel.
• Punctual attendance is essential.
• All other duties as assigned.
