Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leading and fastest-growing foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee branch operations in California. You will manage warehouse staff, ensure safety, optimize inventory, and coordinate with branch and senior management to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and Forklift Operators license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of structural foundations, waterproofing and related products is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse and distribution of materials to crews, customers, and within the warehouse.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment in the facility.
• Organizes inventory area and tool room based on best practices.
• Supervises and manages warehouse staff and coordinates with Branch/ Senior Management.
• Ensures timely receipt, coordination, and safe dispatch of goods.
