Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Inventory/Warehouse leader in Midland, TX to oversee multi-location operations. The role requires a background in Oil & Gas (or related sectors) and 15+ years in complex inventory management.

Expect travel up to 25% and an ASAP start as you drive material flow and KPI-driven performance. You will develop strategies to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and optimize working capital while coordinating with operations, procurement, and maintenance teams to

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of experience in complex inventory and warehouse management.
• Oil & Gas background required; manufacturing or aviation experience acceptable if not O&G.
• Availability to travel up to 25% as needed for operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and inventory operations across multiple locations while ensuring materials are available to support business needs.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies that improve accuracy, reduce waste, and optimize working capital.
• Oversee receiving, storage, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and material movement processes.
• Partner with operations, procurement, maintenance, and leadership teams to ensure efficient material flow and inventory availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and inventory functions.
• Establish and track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, service levels, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
