This role will oversee complex warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow to support Voltagrid's field and operational demands. This role requires 15+ years of experience managing large-scale warehouse and inventory functions, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Candidates with strong manufacturing or aviation warehouse leadership experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate is a decisive leader who can effectively manage conflict, hold teams and stakeholders accountable, and confidently push back when necessary. This individual must be comfortable working with strong personalities while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. Success in this role requires a hands-on leader with a can-do attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
