Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in warehouse operations, including 1+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
WMS/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
