Job summary

Sbhonline is seeking an organized, proactive Warehouse Manager for our Old Bridge, NJ facility. You will oversee daily receiving, fulfillment, and shipping, maintaining a safe, structured, and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end operations oversight, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, team leadership, safety adherence, and rapid problem solving to resolve bottlenecks and discrepancies.

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage and inspect all incoming shipments and oversee the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of outgoing orders.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory flow, conduct regular stock checks, and keep accurate records of product counts.
• Team Leadership & Workflow: Guide daily workflow, assign tasks to warehouse personnel, and maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Safety & Quality Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to all safety protocols.
• Problem Solving: Swiftly address and resolve operational bottlenecks, shipping discrepancies, or inventory issues as they arise.

Schedule & Benefits

• Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Commute Transportation: Daily commute is provided for qualified candidates residing in Brooklyn, NY.
• Compensation: Competitive starting rate (based on experience).
